According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bauing Decoration (002047.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Donation Letter" issued by Mr. Gu Shaobo, the chairman of the eighth supervisory board and a shareholder. Mr. Gu Shaobo intends to donate RMB 40 million in cash to the company free of charge and will pay the donated cash to the company's account within 10 working days from the date of issuance of the "Donation Letter."
