# FUJIAN JINSEN plans to invest 50 million yuan to build a biomass pellet project with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons

According to the announcement from Fujian Jinsen (002679.SZ), in order to further implement the circular and green industrial development strategy and enhance the company's core competitiveness, the company plans to invest RMB 10 million using its own funds or self-raised funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Jinsen Bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to the name approved by the industry and commerce; hereinafter referred to as: Bioenergy Company).

The company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds of RMB 50 million to construct a biomass pellet project with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons. After the establishment of the Bioenergy Company, the company will utilize its main body to harvest or selectively log the nurturing residues, logging residues, wood chips, wood edge scraps, and other forestry waste from the company's forest management area and surrounding rich forest resources to produce biomass pellet fuel, thereby improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources
