According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Net263 (002467.SZ) announced that on December 17, 2024, it received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from its controlling shareholder Mr. Li Xiaolong, Chairman and President Mr. Li Yujie, Director and Vice President Mr. Xin Weimin, Mr. Xu Lidong, and Supervisor Ms. Gu Li. The aforementioned individuals plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 16.0893 million shares, accounting for 1.17% of the total share capital
