(referred to as "Hebei Group"), stating that Hebei Group plans to increase its holdings in the company through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding within 6 months from the date of the announcement, with a total investment amount of no less than 100 million yuan (inclusive) and no more than 200 million yuan, and not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital
