# Two more cases of representative litigation in securities disputes have been added to effectively protect investors' interests

Since the implementation of the new Securities Law in 2020, following the "FACS" case and the "Wuyang Bond" case, there have been two more cases of ordinary representative litigation in securities disputes. Recently, the securities false statement liability disputes involving JTL and Meishang Ecology have made new progress. According to the court's ruling, both cases will be handled under the ordinary representative litigation procedure. In addition to the violating companies and the then-current executives, the defendants also include five securities firms, three accounting firms, two law firms, and several practitioners, who are required to bear joint and several liability for compensation
