YT announced that in order to simplify the hierarchy of its subsidiaries, integrate and optimize internal resources, and improve management efficiency, its wholly-owned subsidiary Yadao New Energy intends to transfer its 100% equity in Yasheng Shuwei to the company free of charge; the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yatong Rental intends to transfer its 10% equity in Yatong Communication to the company free of charge. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will directly hold 100% equity in Yasheng Shuwei and 51% equity in Yatong Communication, while Shanghai Ximeng Commodity Trading Co., Ltd. will hold 49% equity in Yatong Communication
