# ZJQY plans to transfer 23% equity of ZJ New Materials to WELLTECH

According to the announcement from ZJQY (600210.SH), the company plans to transfer 23% of its equity in Shanghai ZJQY New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ZJQY New Materials") to Shanghai WELLTECH Industrial Automation Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "WELLTECH", stock code: 002058.SZ). Before the transaction, the company held 58.94% of the shares in ZJQY New Materials, and after the transaction, the company will still hold 35.94% of the shares in ZJQY New Materials.

It is reported that the counterparty for this equity transfer is WELLTECH (stock code: 002058.SZ), which is controlled by the company's actual controller, Shen Wen, through other enterprises. After the transaction is completed, the company will further deepen the collaborative development of ZJQY New Materials through joint ventures and equity cooperation with WELLTECH, which will be beneficial for the pricing discovery and value release of ZJQY New Materials' enterprise value.
