The company implemented a significant asset restructuring in 2020, and according to the relevant agreements signed with Tianjin Fujida, Song Xuechang, Dou Peizhen, Wang Rundong, and Song Weichang, 35% of the total shares issued to Song Xuechang and 35% of the total shares issued to Dou Peizhen will be listed and traded on January 2, 2025 (third phase unlocking)
