# "Nobond Co., Ltd." subsidiary Nachico sells a smaller scale to Pang Donglai

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NBOND (603238.SH) announced that the cumulative price deviation of its closing price reached 20% over two consecutive trading days on December 17 and December 18, 2024, which constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading.

The announcement stated that the recent trading price of the company's stock has increased significantly, with a cumulative increase of 46.40% over four consecutive trading days on December 13, December 16, December 17, and December 18, 2024, which is higher than the industry increase during the same period, indicating an overheated market sentiment.

Recently, the company has noticed discussions on media platforms such as stock forums regarding its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Guoguang Tourism Supplies Co., Ltd. supplying goods to Pang Donglai through its subsidiary Naqike. After the company's self-examination and verification, it is currently confirmed that Naqike's sales to Pang Donglai are relatively small, expected to account for less than 1% of the company's revenue in 2024
