# STARGLORY HLDGS plans to issue a total of 34.2857 million shares at a discount of approximately 12.50%, raising about HKD 11.7 million net

According to the announcement from STARGLORY HLDGS (08213), on December 18, 2024 (after the trading session of the Stock Exchange), the company entered into subscription agreements with each subscriber, under which each subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company conditionally agreed to issue a total of 34.2857 million new shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.35 per share, representing a discount of approximately 12.50% to the closing price of HKD 0.40 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement.

Upon completion of the subscription, the total amount raised from the subscription will be approximately HKD 12 million, and the net proceeds from the subscription (after deducting other expenses related to the subscription) will be approximately HKD 11.7 million
