According to the announcement from GACO (600523.SH), on December 16, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Huayang Electric signed the "Housing Monetary Compensation Agreement (State-owned Land for Personal Use)" with the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Housing Expropriation Center. On December 18, in accordance with the compensation agreement, the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Housing Expropriation Center has transferred the total demolition compensation of 46.0297 million yuan into the jointly supervised account of both parties
