# INESA-it's subsidiary plans to acquire 79.1991% equity in Shanghai Yidian Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, INESA-it (600602.SH) stated that the company agreed to have its controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Yidian Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd., acquire 79.1991% of the equity of Shanghai Yidian Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Yidian Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. through an agreement.

The announcement mentioned that there is a strong business correlation between Shanghai Yidian Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yidian Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd., with significant commonality in procurement, sales, and technology, which can create synergy and promote the coordinated development of the scientific instrument sector
