# SXLY's subsidiary received a government subsidy of 29.5375 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Three Gorges Tourism (002627.SZ) has released a notice stating that its holding subsidiary, Yichang Jiaoyun Yangtze River Cruise Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yangtze River Cruise Company"), received a notification from the Yichang Municipal Development and Reform Commission regarding the forwarding of the 2024 list of equipment update projects in the cultural tourism sector (Yifa Gai Investment \[2024\] No. 156). The "Inter-provincial Resort-type Cruise Tourism Project" of the Yangtze River Cruise Company has been included in the 2024 equipment update project list in the cultural tourism sector of Yichang City, and it is expected to receive a special government bond fund subsidy of 47.26 million yuan. The Yangtze River Cruise Company has received a special fund of 17.7225 million yuan allocated by the Yichang Municipal Finance Bureau on October 21, 2024.

On December 18, 2024, the Yangtze River Cruise Company received a transfer of special government bond funds amounting to 29.5375 million yuan from the special account for ultra-long-term special government bonds in Yichang City. As of the date of the announcement, all of the aforementioned ultra-long-term special government bond funds have been received. The government subsidy of 29.5375 million yuan related to assets that has been received is recognized as deferred income upon receipt
