According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunshine Dairy (001318.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Sunshine Group, has completed its shareholding increase plan on December 19, 2024. From June 24, 2024, to December 19, 2024, Sunshine Group cumulatively increased its holdings by 2,001,500 shares (including the number of shares increased from June 24 to 25, 2024), accounting for 0.7081% of the company's total share capital, with a total investment amount of RMB 20.3853 million (excluding transaction fees)
