According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ARTS GROUP (603017.SH) announced that the consortium led by the company signed a general contracting agreement for the construction project of the DK20240081 plot with Suzhou Yuanteng Technology Industry Development Partnership (Limited Partnership). The contract amount is 529 million yuan, and the contract performance period is 482 calendar days, with the planned project completion date set for April 30, 2026.
