According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KSW-TECH (688283.SH) announced that the company's director, deputy general manager, and shareholder holding more than 5% of shares, Huang Yonggang, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or block trading due to personal funding needs, with a total reduction not exceeding 1.845 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.5148% of the company's total share capital.

The company's director, deputy general manager, and core technical staff member, Li Wenjun, also plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or block trading due to personal funding needs, with a total reduction not exceeding 300,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.2463% of the company's total share capital.
