According to the announcement from Bingshan (000530.SZ), the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure, raising a total of no more than 196 million yuan. The net amount raised, after deducting relevant issuance costs, will be fully invested in: the intelligent upgrade project of the scroll compressor production line, the upgrade project of the scroll compressor R&D platform, and to supplement working capital
