# Xinxunda: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has filed a case against the company and its actual controller, Wu Chenghua

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinxunda (300518.SZ) announced that the company and its actual controller, Mr. Wu Chenghua, received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No. Zhen Jian Li An Zi 0272024004, No. Zhen Jian Li An Zi 0272024005) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on December 20, 2024. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company and its actual controller, Mr. Wu Chenghua, in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations
