# CHINESE MEDIA plans to transfer 6% equity of Xinhua Zhiyun to Xinhua Net through an agreement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINESE MEDIA (600373.SH) announced that the company intends to transfer all of its 6% equity in Xinhua Zhiyun Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinhua Zhiyun) to Xinhua News Agency through an agreement, with the equity transfer price set at 150 million yuan. The company’s management has been authorized to handle all matters related to the signing of the transaction agreement and the equity transfer.

It is reported that this transaction is beneficial for the company to recover funds, integrate and optimize existing resource allocation, improve asset liquidity and utilization efficiency, and reduce production and operational risks
