According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUANLI ACTIVE CARBON (300174.SZ) announced that its shareholder Fujian Sanan Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanan Group") and its concerted party Quanzhou Shenghui Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenghui Investment") plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 10.8091 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading, accounting for 3.0000% of the company's total share capital (after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account)
