On December 23, Jinshi Data reported that LFD announced on December 23 that the company recently received the "Notice of Judicial Freezing and Judicial Transfer of Equity" and the "Assistance Execution Notice" from the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. Due to the enforcement applicant Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. Liyang Branch's financial loan contract dispute with the respondents Liyang Hengyang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Evergrande Group, the enforcement ruling issued by the People's Court of Liyang City, Jiangsu Province has become legally effective. The 76,032,050 shares held by Evergrande in the company (accounting for 100% of the total shares held by it and 20% of the total share capital of the company) have been conditionally frozen
