# Shanxi Hi-speed plans to acquire 100% equity of Taiyuan Company to improve its business layout

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shanxi Hi-speed (000755.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Taiyuan Expressway Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiyuan Company" or "target company") held by Shanxi Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. ("Shanxi Jiao Control Group") for a cash consideration of 60.2567 million yuan.

This transaction aligns with industry development trends, will further improve the company's business layout, and continuously enhance the company's competitiveness. Upon completion of the transaction, Taiyuan Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, included in the company's consolidated reporting scope, and will have a positive impact on the company's future financial condition and operating results, without harming the interests of the company and its shareholders
