# LMC plans to acquire a 1.845% partnership interest in Beijing Shuimu Linghang

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LMC (002921.SZ) announced that in order to fully leverage the resource advantages and professional capabilities of professional investment institutions and to expand the company's industrial layout, the company has signed the "Property Share Transfer Agreement of Beijing Shuimu Linghang Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership)" with Gongqingcheng Shuimu Jiayuan Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Gongqingcheng Shuimu Jiayuan" or "Transferor"). The company will use its own funds to purchase 1.8450% of the partnership shares held by Gongqingcheng Shuimu Jiayuan in Beijing Shuimu Linghang Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Shuimu Linghang") (corresponding to a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 20 million, with a paid-in capital contribution of RMB 20 million). The transaction price is RMB 22.96 million. The investment fields of Beijing Shuimu Linghang mainly focus on healthcare, next-generation information technology, and new energy.

Since the executive partner of Beijing Shuimu Linghang is Beijing Shuimu Linghang Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shuimu Linghang Consulting" or "General Partner"), the company will sign the "Limited Partnership Agreement of Beijing Shuimu Linghang Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership)" to form a joint investment with professional institutions. After the completion of this transaction, the company will become one of the limited partners of Beijing Shuimu Linghang, holding 1.8450% of its partnership shares
