# Multiple shareholders of ST Dehao have completed their shareholding increase, totaling approximately 7.04% of shares

According to the announcement from ST 德豪 (002005.SZ), the company has received a notification letter from the concerted actors Wang Sheng, Bengbu Xinrui, Beijing Fengyan, Beijing Lingrui Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Beijing Lingrui Yixin Asset Management Co., Ltd. regarding the completion of the shareholding increase plan. The main body of the increase plan will acquire 123 million shares of the company through centralized bidding and block trading from June 24, 2024, to December 23, 2024, accounting for 7.0396% of the company's total share capital, with an average purchase price of 1.12 yuan/share, totaling 138 million yuan
