# QJCT: Some shares held by the controlling shareholder will be subject to judicial disposal

On the evening of December 23rd, QJCT announced that its controlling shareholder, Xi'an Qujiang Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., holds 44.9% of the company's shares. The 16 million unrestricted tradable shares held by the tourism investment group will be subject to judicial disposal. Currently, this portion of shares is frozen. The judicial disposal of these shares will not affect the company's production and operations, nor will it lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
