# DFP: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to transfer 49% equity in the joint venture Guangxi Zhenlong

DFP announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Furuij intends to transfer its 49% equity stake in the joint venture Guangxi Zhenlong to Nanning Chantu Group for a price of 245 million yuan. Before this equity transfer, the company indirectly held a 49% equity stake in Guangxi Zhenlong through Hong Kong Furuij; after the completion of this equity transfer, the company and Hong Kong Furuij will no longer hold any equity in Guangxi Zhenlong. This transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization, nor does it constitute a related party transaction. The equity transfer is subject to the completion of equity delivery and payment delivery matters as agreed upon in the "Equity Transfer Agreement" by both parties
