# BAIC BluePark's subsidiary's 10 billion capital increase plan implemented, CATL and Pony AI participate in investment

> BAIC BluePark announced that its subsidiary BAIC New Energy has signed a capital increase agreement with 11 strategic investors, obtaining a capital increase of 8.15 billion yuan, bringing the total capital increase to 10.15 billion yuan. After this capital increase, BAIC BluePark's shareholding ratio decreased from 99.99% to 71.69%, still remaining the controlling shareholder

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on December 24th, BAIC BluePark (600733.SH) announced that its subsidiary BAIC New Energy signed a "Capital Increase Agreement" with 11 strategic investors, including Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., Pony AI, and Wending Investment, to obtain a total of 8.15 billion yuan in capital increase. Public information shows that Wending Investment is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL and an important platform for CATL's external investments.

Previously, Beijing Automotive increased its investment in BAIC New Energy by 2 billion yuan through a non-public agreement, bringing the total amount of this round of capital increase to 10.15 billion yuan. After the completion of this round of capital increase, BAIC BluePark's shareholding ratio changed from 99.99% to 71.69%, still making it the controlling shareholder of BAIC New Energy
