# ECEC signed the EPC general contracting contract for the AL-Shemal 2×350MW thermal power plant project in Iraq

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Donghua Technology (002140.SZ) announced that recently, the company, as the leading party of a joint venture with China Tianchen Engineering Corporation ("Tianchen Company"), signed the "EPC General Contract for the Iraq AL-Shemal 2×350MW Thermal Power Plant Project" with the Northern Electricity Production State Company of the Ministry of Electricity of the Republic of Iraq (hereinafter referred to as "EPNR"). The contract is priced in US dollars, with a total contract amount of USD 739.53 million
