# YNYW: Currently planning a major asset restructuring, with uncertainty regarding its final implementation

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YNYW (600725.SH) announced a stock price fluctuation notice stating that the company is planning a major asset restructuring. The sixth meeting of the tenth board of directors will be held on December 20, 2024, to review and approve the proposal on "Yunnan YNYW Co., Ltd. issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets and related party transaction plan" and its summary, among other related proposals. As of the announcement date, the audit, evaluation, and other related work for the target assets involved in this restructuring have not yet been completed. This restructuring matter still needs to go through the necessary internal decision-making procedures and must be approved by the competent regulatory authority before it can be officially implemented.
