# CHEN LIN EDU: Zhe Hui will be appointed as an executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHEN LIN EDU (01593) announced that Mr. Liu Chunbin has resigned as the company's executive director and vice president due to the development of his other personal affairs, effective from January 1, 2025.

Mr. Chen Wanlong and Mr. Huang Juyun have resigned as independent non-executive directors due to the development of their other personal affairs, effective from January 1, 2025.

On the same day, Ms. Zhe Hui will be appointed as an executive director, and Mr. Qin Huimin will be appointed as an independent non-executive director
