# Haite plans to transfer 100% equity of its subsidiary Huaxin Yichou

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Haite (002023.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Huaxin Aircraft Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. ("Huaxin Leasing Tianjin") intends to transfer 100% of its equity in Shanghai Huaxin Yichou Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd. ("Huaxin Yichou") for RMB 1.3728 million to AVIC Capital (Beijing) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Capital Financial Leasing"), and signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" on December 24, 2024. After the completion of this equity transfer, Huaxin Leasing Tianjin will no longer hold equity in Huaxin Yichou
