# KEN plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KEN (300126.SZ) disclosed the draft of its 2024 employee stock ownership plan. The initial participants in the first grant of this employee stock ownership plan are expected to be no more than 20 people, including 4 directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel. The shares for the employee stock ownership plan will come from the company's repurchase special account for KEN's A-share common stock, totaling no more than 5 million shares, which accounts for approximately 1.64% of the current total share capital of the company. The purchase price for the repurchased shares under the employee stock ownership plan is 2.64 yuan per share.

To meet the company's sustainable development needs and continuously attract and retain outstanding talent, the employee stock ownership plan intends to reserve 3.83 million shares as reserved shares, accounting for 76.60% of the total shares in the employee stock ownership plan. The reserved shares will be used to incentivize new talents introduced to the company in the future or teams or individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the company's development
