The Tianjin Shipping Financial Index released on the 26th shows that since 2020, the development of shipping finance in Tianjin has achieved remarkable results, with the development index steadily increasing, and the compound annual growth rate of the comprehensive index reaching 13.46%. In 2023, the comprehensive index value reached 146.07 points, a year-on-year increase of 4.91%. The ship financing leasing business has developed steadily and continues to lead the country. In recent years, Tianjin has continuously consolidated its advantages in financing leasing and proposed specific measures to build three world-class leasing centers for aircraft, ships, and offshore exports, supporting specialized departments in shipping leasing of institutions such as Minsheng Financial Leasing and ICBC Financial Leasing to customize financing leasing solutions based on China's ship export model. The indicators show that ship financing in Tianjin has continued to rise steadily, with a compound annual growth rate of 18.05% from 2020 to 2023
