# YOTRIO: The equity transfer of the subsidiary has been completed

YOTRIO announced that its subsidiary YOTRIO International Trade will transfer 51% of its equity in Kubike to Qian Weiwei for a price of RMB 510,000. YOTRIO International Trade has received the full payment for the equity transfer, and Kubike has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures. After this change, the company and its subsidiaries will no longer hold equity in Kubike, and Kubike will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
