# Shanxi accelerates low-carbon energy transition, with coalbed methane production reaching a historic high in the first 11 months

On December 26th, the Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics informed that the total production of coalbed methane in Shanxi Province reached 12.41 billion cubic meters in the first 11 months of this year, setting a new historical high for the same period
