The Shanghai Stock Exchange formed the following review opinion: The application for the issuance of shares by Kunshan KSHG Automotive Electric Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Shanghai Stock Exchange will submit the company's application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to carry out the registration-related procedures upon receipt
