According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LSGC (600738.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder Zhejiang Yuanming Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuanming Holdings") regarding the commitment letter issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Zhejiang Branch for the special loan project for stock increase. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Zhejiang Branch will provide Yuanming Holdings with a loan limit of no more than 62 million yuan for increasing the company's shares, with a term of 3 years
