According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FRIENDCOM (300514.SZ) announced that a specific shareholder, Hainan Huacheng Shengda Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Yunnan Huacheng Shengda Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.", abbreviated as "Huacheng Shengda"), has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 2.7 million shares, accounting for 1.35% of the company's total share capital. Huacheng Shengda has decided to terminate this reduction plan early after comprehensive consideration based on its actual situation, and the remaining unliquidated shares will not be reduced during the term of this reduction plan
