The scale of the partnership is 15 million yuan, of which NCE, as a limited partner, intends to invest 13.5 million yuan, accounting for 90% of Suhaixin's partnership share; Mr. Zhu Yuanzheng, as a general partner, intends to invest 1.5 million yuan, accounting for 10% of Suhaixin's partnership share. After the establishment of the partnership, the company plans to jointly invest 59.7 million yuan in Beijing Zhongke Haixin Technology Co., Ltd.
