# Changyu A plans to dispose of a grape base and has actually received compensation of 202 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Changyu A (000869.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign a "Compensation Agreement" with the People's Government of Zhuqiao Town and the People's Government of Yidao Town in Laizhou City. The People's Government of Zhuqiao Town and the People's Government of Yidao Town will acquire the company's Zhuqiao grape base for a valuation of 221 million yuan as consideration (compensation). After deducting the compensation of 19.6187 million yuan paid to farmers and collective assets, the actual compensation received by the company will be 202 million yuan
