# ETEK plans to increase its total subscribed capital contribution to Wuxi Lidin Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) to 149 million yuan

According to the announcement from ETEK (688601.SH), based on the company's strategic planning and business needs, the company, as a limited partner, signed the "Partnership Agreement on Wuxi Lidin Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (referred to as the "Partnership Agreement" or "Agreement") with Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. in June 2024 to jointly invest in the establishment of the "Wuxi Lidin Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)," in which the company will contribute RMB 99 million from its own funds, accounting for 99.00% of the total subscribed amount of the partnership. The partnership completed fund registration with the Asset Management Association of China on July 17, 2024.

Based on the review of investment projects by the partners' meeting of the partnership, the partners decided to increase the capital of the Lidin Fund. The registered capital of the Lidin Fund will be changed from RMB 100 million to RMB 150 million, of which the company's total subscribed capital as a limited partner will increase from RMB 99 million to RMB 149 million, and its share will increase from 99.00% to 99.33%. The contribution amount of the general partner, Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., remains unchanged, and this does not involve any new partners
