According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EXPL (002096.SZ) announced that the company has successfully acquired the state-owned construction land use rights at the northeast corner of the intersection of Leigao Road and Wutong Road in the second phase of Meixi Lake International New City, Xiangjiang New District, Hunan (the land is designated for commercial use, with plans to invest in the construction of the China Energy Engineering Green Civil Explosives Innovation Development Center). The company has signed a property transaction contract with Changsha Meixi Lake New City Industrial Development Co., Ltd., with the land price amounting to 102 million yuan
