Great River Smarter's subsidiary chemical warehouse has commenced operations

According to the announcement from Hongchuan Zhihui (002930.SZ), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Nantong Yanghong Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nantong Yanghong") has signed an "Investment Framework Agreement" with the People's Government of Changjiang Town, Rugao City, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province regarding the investment intention for the solid hazardous chemical storage project (hereinafter referred to as "Chemical Warehouse Project"). Recently, Nantong Hongzhi Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nantong Hongzhi Logistics"), as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nantong Yanghong and the project company for the aforementioned investment intention, has obtained the "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" issued by the Nantong Municipal Data Bureau, allowing Nantong Hongzhi Logistics to engage in hazardous chemical storage operations.

The chemical warehouse that Nantong Hongzhi Logistics has put into operation (i.e., Phase I of the Chemical Warehouse Project) consists of 16 warehouses, with a total area of 31,800 square meters, located in the Chemical New Materials Industrial Park of Changjiang Town, Rugao City, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, in the Yangtze River Delta region. The Yangtze River Delta region has a superior geographical location and is one of the fastest-growing areas in China's economic development, with the largest economic scale. After the operation of Nantong Hongzhi Logistics' chemical warehouse, the scale of the company's second main business, chemical warehouse storage operations, will be further expanded in the Yangtze River Delta region
