# Gosuncn's subsidiary, Gosuncn Smart Connection, terminates the employee equity incentive plan and the business partner shareholding plan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Gosuncn (300098.SZ) stated that the company's board of directors and supervisory board have reviewed and approved the proposal on terminating the employee stock incentive plan and the business partner equity holding plan for its controlling subsidiary. The board of directors agreed to the early termination of the employee stock incentive plan and the business partner equity holding plan by Gosuncn Zhilian, which will repurchase all equity held by Tianjin Jucheng Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Tianjin Juliy Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Tianjin Jufei Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Mr. Luo Wei at the original investment cost and cancel it. After the completion of the above transaction, Gosuncn Zhilian will still be a subsidiary within the company's consolidated financial statements
