# Xinxunda and its actual controller received an administrative penalty decision

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinxunda (300518.SZ) announced that the company and its actual controller, Wu Chenghua, received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Guangxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The funds occupied by Xinxunda have been fully returned, and the duration of the occupation was relatively short. The company actively fulfilled its information disclosure obligations in the 2023 annual report. The Guangxi Regulatory Bureau decided to issue a warning to Guangxi Xinxunda Technology Group Co., Ltd. and impose a fine of 1 million yuan; a warning was also issued to Wu Chenghua, with a fine of 2.25 million yuan imposed. Among them, the directly responsible supervisor was fined 750,000 yuan, and as the actual controller, he was fined 1.5 million yuan
