# TECHSHINE plans to spend between 50 million and 80 million yuan to implement a share repurchase, with a repurchase price not exceeding 31 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TECHSHINE (301379.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and a special loan for stock repurchase to repurchase part of the publicly held shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for the repurchase is not less than RMB 50 million and not more than RMB 80 million, and the repurchase price will not exceed RMB 31 per share. The implementation period for the repurchase of shares will not exceed 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves this repurchase plan
