# Sunfly Tech's subsidiary Sunfly New Energy plans to increase its investment in Shengqiong Hydrogen Production by 20 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunfly Tech (300423.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunfly New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sunfly New Energy"), plans to increase capital in its holding subsidiary, Guangdong Shengqiong Hydrogen Production Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shengqiong Hydrogen Production"), through a combination of debt-to-equity conversion and cash. The debt-to-equity conversion portion involves an amount of 18 million yuan in debt, along with a cash capital increase of 2 million yuan. Other shareholders of Shengqiong Hydrogen Production will waive their proportional capital increase. This initiative aims to further enhance the financial strength and overall competitiveness of Shengqiong Hydrogen Production
