# Some shareholders of ZOD plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.3257 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZOD (603213.SH) announced that its shareholders Ningbo Huihai Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Huihai Partnership") and Ningbo Haijiang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Haijiang Partnership") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.3257 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.99% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding and block trading
