According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHENGDA BIO-PHARM (603079.SH) stated that its major shareholder, Tiantai Wanjian Investment Development Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Wanjian Investment"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.1357 million shares within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, through centralized bidding and block trading, with a proposed reduction ratio not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital
