# PALINDA GROUP: Zhongzheng Tianheng has been appointed as the auditor

According to the announcement from PALINDA GROUP (08179), due to insufficient resources to handle the audit matters for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, PRIVATCO CPA LIMITED (PRIVATCO) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 27, 2024.

Based on the recommendation of the audit committee, Zhongzheng Tianheng Accounting Firm (Zhongzheng Tianheng) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective December 27, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PRIVATCO's resignation, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
